RALEIGH -- Alliance Hospitality, a Raleigh hotel management company, agreed to manage 36 hotels for Inland Real Estate Investment Trust. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Alliance was already managing the properties under Raleigh-based Winston Hotels, which sold its portfolio to Inland this summer in a deal worth more than $800 million.
Inland, like many real estate investors, is diversifying its portfolio to include lodging assets due to strong demand for hotels.
