Catherine Hope Farmer and William Nash Dunn were united in marriage on March 14, 2015 at 4:30 p.m. at White Memorial Presbyterian Church in Raleigh, N.C. The Rev. Dr. Gary Fulton officiated the ceremony. A reception followed, hosted by the parents of the bride, at North Hills Club. On the eve of the wedding, a rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom’s parents at 518 West Italian Cafe.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Malcolm Farmer of Raleigh. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Mary Lou Farmer and the late Mr. Malcolm Farmer of Proctorville, Ohio; and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Juarez of Wilmington, N.C. and the late Mr. LeRoy Truelove, Jr of Fayetteville, N.C. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Barry Dunn of Raleigh. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Bagley of South Hill, Va. and Mr. Tommy Clary of Raleigh; and the late Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Rawlings, and late Mr. James Dunn of Emporia, Va.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. The bride’s sister, Amelia Farmer of Charlotte, N.C., served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Hillary Coffman of Winston-Salem, N.C.; Caitlin Myers of Greensboro, N.C.; and Katherine Turner of Charlotte, N.C. The groom’s father served as best man. Groomsmen included the groom’s brother, Lance Dunn, and Johnathan Broome of Raleigh; and Warren Reid of Winston-Salem, N.C.
Ushers were Benjamin Farmer and Michael Farmer, brothers of the bride, and George Thornton and Matthew Franciosi, all of Raleigh. Greeters were Mary Ryann Clary and Ashton Clary of Richmond, Va.

The groom graduated from Southeast Raleigh High School and Appalachian State University with a degree in Journalism. He is employed by The News & Observer.
Following a honeymoon to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, the couple will reside in Raleigh.
