Elizabeth Turgeon and Adam Hubert Schindzielorz were married at 11 o' clock in the morning on May 30, 2015 in the Rose Garden at the Raleigh Little Theatre. Reverend Ingrid Sagula officiated. Following the ceremony, the parents of the bride hosted a reception with dinner and dancing at Caffé Luna in Raleigh. On the eve of the wedding, a rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom's parents at Wasabi in Cary.
Liz is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Leonard and Sharon Anne Turgeon of Raleigh, and the granddaughter of Mrs. Evelyn Eleanor Turgeon also of Raleigh. Adam is the son of Drs. Andrew Hubert Schindzielorz and Patricia Alice Sebas of Raleigh.
Escorted by her father, the bride was attended by Marissa Catherine Siefkes of Brooklyn, New York as maid of honor and Alana Ann Buto of Annandale, Virginia as bridesmaid. Hunter Keith Edwards of Black Mountain served as best man and Matthew Brian Palka of Cary served as groomsman.
Liz and Adam both grew up in Raleigh. Liz is a graduate of St. David's School ('06); the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill ('10); and the University of North Carolina School of Law ('13). She works as an attorney at the law firm Robinson & McElwee PLLC in Charleston, West Virginia. Adam is a graduate of Cardinal Gibbons High School ('07); Appalachian State University ('11); and the Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia ('15). He works as a resident physician with the Marshall psychiatry program.
