The ArtsCenter in Carrboro stages its 15th annual “10 by 10 in the Triangle” festival of 10-minute plays beginning Friday for a three-weekend run. This year’s collection includes world premieres and regional premieres by playwrights from New York, Maryland, Ohio and California, among others. Topics range from a quest to find a lost love to the costs of freedom.
