“The World According to Star Wars” (Dey St., $21.99) by Harvard legal scholar and former White House regulatory czar Cass R. Sunstein is a celebration of George Lucas’ masterpiece as it relates to human freedom, fatherhood, economics, constitutional law, culture and more.
The book was inspired by Sunstein’s conversations with his young son and answers the question: “Why have the Star Wars movies become the defining tale of our time?” Sunstein argues that it’s all about freedom of choice, as the movies explore the nature of the future, the failures of plans and the success of rebellions.
