Raleigh Symphony Orchestra’s “Viva Viola” program in Meredith College’s Jones Auditorium Sunday features two works for that instrument: J.C. Bach’s Concerto in c minor (Xi Yang, soloist) and Hindemith’s “Trauermusik” (Kristen Jones, soloist). Conductor Jim Waddelow also leads the orchestra in Vaughn Williams’ “Variations on a Theme by Thomas Tallis” and Beethoven’s Symphony No. 4.
