The weekend, you can get a double dose of the N.C. Symphony under the stars in Cary’s Koka Booth Amphitheatre. Friday’s concert serves up a dozen short, familiar classics, including Ponchielli’s “Dance of the Hours,” Smetana’s “The Moldau” and Copland’s “Rodeo.” Saturday’s “Space Spectacular” offers music from “Star Wars,” and “Star Trek,” along with excerpts from Holst’s “The Planets.”
