Mallarmé Chamber Players’ annual Historically Informed Performance Music Festival opens at Durham’s St. Paul’s Lutheran Church this weekend. Baroque composer Heinrich Biber’s 16 Rosary sonatas for violin and continuo are scheduled over two concerts: Part I Saturday (sonatas 1-10) and Part II Sunday (sonatas 11-16). Various performers take on the works, including featured violinist, David Wilson.
