A member of the so-called Muzik Mafia along with Big and Rich and Gretchen Wilson, James Otto broke out with his 2008 album, "Sunset Man." Besides his recording career, Otto has penned hits for others, including Jamey Johnson, who recorded Otto's "In Color," which won the 2008 Academy of Country Music Song of the Year. On Saturday, Otto performs at the City Limits Saloon, 901 Tryon Hill Drive, Raleigh. 829-3939.
