What to Watch on Wednesday: ‘Operation Maneater’ looks at polar bear attacks

On “Operation Maneater,” efforts to stop polar bear attacks in the isolated communities of Canada's Hudson Bay are detailed.

Operation Maneater (10pm, UNC-TV) - Efforts to stop polar bear attacks in the isolated communities of Canada’s Hudson Bay are detailed. Included: a team transports a captured bear by helicopter to a release site outside of town, and an early warning system that relies on an aerial drone.

So You Think You Can Dance (8pm, Fox) - A winner is chosen in the Season 11 finale. Enrique Iglesias sings with Sean Paul, and there are dance performances by Les Twins, Michael Dameski and Wanted Ashiqz.

Top Chef: Duels (10pm, Bravo) - David Burke and Takashi Yagihashi square off in top-chef battles, with culinary tests centering on eggs, crab and some bizarre ingredients. Andrew Zimmern is the guest judge.
