Stalker (10pm, CBS) - The latest from North Carolina native Kevin Williamson (“Scream,” “The Vampire Diaries,” “The Following”) – a drama following detectives who investigate stalking incidences – is yet another show trading a little too heavily on “violence against women as entertainment.” It will appeal to fans of shows like “Criminal Minds,” but I’m guessing most everyone else will be turned off in the first three minutes – which is right about the time a young woman gets burned to death in her car. It stars Dylan McDermott and Maggie Q.
