Project Runway All Stars (9 p.m., Lifetime) - Raleigh’s Justin LeBlanc, a finalist in “Project Runway” Season 12, will compete in this season of “All Stars,” which starts tonight. Alyssa Milano hosts with Isaac Mizrahi and Georgina Chapman judging. (Note: A “Project Runway” Season 13 reunion show airs right before this at 8.)

It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown (8 p.m., ABC) - Gather the kiddies for this annual Halloween treat, in which Linus waits patiently for the Great Pumpkin and Charlie Brown is finally invited to Violet’s Halloween party.
Mom (8:30 p.m., CBS) - Season 2 opens with Bonnie fuming over Christy’s poor financial decisions, which have put the family’s living situation in peril. Also, North Carolina native Jaime Pressly guest stars as a newly sober woman Christy’s trying to help.

The McCarthys (9:30 p.m., CBS) - A new sitcom about a sports-obsessed family in Boston. Tonight, the dad gets his gay son to help him coach a basketball team. The pilot wasn’t made available to us for review, which isn’t a terrific sign. On the other hand, it has Laurie Metcalf, which isn’t a bad sign.
Elementary (10 p.m., CBS) - Season 3 starts with Holmes returning to New York City with a new apprentice, Kitty ( Ophelia Lovibond), and seeking work with the NYPD after being fired by MI6 in London.
Parenthood (10 p.m., NBC) - Business is bad at the Luncheonette, but worried Crosby gets some help from Jasmine. And for the record, in this Julia-Joel situation, I’m Team Chris.
How to Get Away with Murder (10 p.m., ABC) - In a flash-forward, Asher’s whereabouts on the night of the murder are revealed.
