What to Watch on Wednesday: ‘L&O: SVU’ says goodbye to Munch

Law & Order: SVU (9pm, NBC) - Munch ( Richard Belzer) retires, and his coworkers gather to wish him well. Also, a former rape victim believes she's been assaulted again, so she contacts Benson. During the investigation, the detectives narrow in on a charming computer whiz who targets vulnerable females and lures them into keeping silent.

Nature: Saving Otter 501 (8pm, UNC-TV) - The Season 32 premiere spotlights the Monterey Bay Aquarium's Sea Otter Research and Conservation program, which strives to save injured and/or orphaned sea otters. The team of marine biologists must stabilize the health of a female pup and then get it to feed from a bottle. To prevent it from bonding with them, handlers dress in ponchos and welder hoods. In time, the pup is paired with a surrogate mom that teaches it the lessons baby otters must learn, including how to find food.

Toy Story of Terror (8pm, ABC) - A made-for-TV "Toy Story" installment that has the toys starting out on a fun road trip that takes an unexpected turn for the worse when the trip detours to a roadside motel. After one of the toys goes missing, the others find themselves caught up in a mysterious sequence of events that must be solved before they all suffer the same fate. Includes the voices of Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, Joan Cusack, Carl Weathers, Timothy Dalton, and Don Rickles.

Nova: Making Stuff Faster (9pm, UNC-TV) - In part one of four, New York Times technology reporter David Pogue explores things that may change the way people live, beginning with efforts to tweak physiology and engineering in order to move people and machines faster.

Criminal Minds (9pm, CBS) - The new BAU section chief arrives and shares a long work history with J.J. Meanwhile, an UnSub terrorizes Baltimore and leaves his victims unable to communicate.

American Horror Story: Coven (10pm, FX) - Fiona helps Zoe and Madison deal with a tragedy, while Delphine struggles to adjust to modern life.

Nashville (10pm, ABC) - Rayna backs out of the remainder of her tour with Juliette. Also, Teddy asks Peggy to marry him, but he tries to delay breaking the news to his daughters.
