Project Runway (9pm, Lifetime) - In tonight’s Season 12 finale, the four remaining designers -- which include Raleigh’s Justin LeBlanc -- showcase their lines at Lincoln Center during New York Fashion Week. After the show, a winner is revealed. Kerry Washington is the guest judge. Read more about Justin’s “Project Runway” journey, and if you just can’t wait till tonight, you can check out a gallery of the Fashion Week shows.

Parks and Recreation (8pm, NBC) - Leslie tries to be a voice of reason when a minor scandal gets blown out of proportion, while Tom attempts to wow a love interest, and Ben strongly encourages Ron to prepare his last will and testament.

Vampire Diaries (8pm, CW) - Elena and Katherine both dream that Stefan is in danger and convince Damon to help them find him. But their plans are thwarted by a mysterious woman who seems to know everything about Stefan’s past and Damon’s disturbing future.

The Crazy Ones (9pm, CBS) - The gang try to work on a campaign for a breakfast food, but they get sidetracked by discussing one another’s personal lives.

Parenthood (10pm, NBC) - Kristina’s campaign for mayor (!?!) challenges Adam’s comfort zone (and mine). Also, Sarah and Amber have trouble talking to each other about the upcoming wedding, and Zeek has an opportunity for a teaching moment with his grandkids.

Scandal (10pm, ABC) - A mom from the midwest hires Olivia’s firm under curious circumstances, and soon things take a perilous turn. Elsewhere, Fitz and Mellie share their honest feelings about one another (wait, don’t they profess their contempt for one another in every episode?).
