What to Watch on Thursday: ‘Parks and Rec’ returns after brief hiatus

In a new episode of “Parks and Recreation,” Leslie faces a big decision over her future as her days in office draw to a close.

Parks and Recreation (8:30pm, NBC) - Leslie faces a big decision over her future as her days in office draw to a close. Also, Chris and Ann learn the sex of their child, Andy returns from London, and Tom considers his next move in life.

The Big Bang Theory (8pm, CBS) - There’s major news on the work front as Penny makes a big step toward pursuing a full-time acting career, and Sheldon is forced to take a vacation.

Project Runway: All Stars (9pm, Lifetime) - In the Season 3 finale, the designers showcase their collections at a VIP runway show at the United Nations Headquarters, after which the winner is revealed. Gayle King and Zac Posen appear.

Parenthood (10pm, NBC) - Hank has questions after Sarah gets good news about a job, and Jasmine is upset when Crosby invites Oliver to live with them while the brand is experiencing problems.

Elementary (10pm, CBS) - A body is found in a barrel and the investigation leads Holmes and Watson to look into the Mafia’s ties to the murder. Meanwhile, Sherlock tries to make amends with Det. Bell.

The Assets (10pm, ABC) - A high-ranking KGB officer defects, and Ames is assigned to lead the debriefing, but is nervous that he’ll be identified as the CIA mole. Meanwhile, Sandy worries about the safety of a prized asset.
