The Amish: Shunned (9pm, UNC-TV) - An American Experience documentary which chronicles the Amish practice of shunning those who leave their faith. The film explores the experiences of individuals who have left their communities and also includes Amish men and women who share the heartbreak they feel when a loved one leaves. Adrienne Johnson screened this for us and writes: “’Shunned’ takes the Amish out of the one-dimensional image of wilding out on Rumspringa and driving buggies and shows the depth of fullness of their faith, one that can seem maddeningly rigid at times. And yet, the documentary helps you to understand those who choose to shun and those who choose the world outside of the Amish community while still in love with their faith.”
The Biggest Loser (9pm, NBC) - The winner of the $250,000 prize is crowned in the Season 15 finale.
Trophy Wife (9:30pm, ABC) - Kate and Jackie butt heads after going into business together, while Pete takes Warren and Bert to karate lessons.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine (9:30pm, Fox) - Capt. Holt celebrates his birthday by inviting the precinct officers to his home for a party, but the gang gets off on the wrong foot with his husband.
Being Mary Jane (10pm, BET) - A reality about Andre hits Mary Jane, who responds by meeting a man online.
Justified (10pm, FX) - A mob revenge plot threatens to expose secrets from Raylan’s past, and Boyd suffers a crushing defeat.
