Leap of Faith (8pm, NBC) - Meredith Vieira looks at the work of Dr. Paolo Macchiarini, who is at the forefront of the field of regenerative medicine. Vieira reports that Dr. Macchiarini is the only doctor in the world who performs transplants with completely artificial, bio-engineered organs (grown from stem cells). The report includes stories of a single dad from Baltimore with an inoperable tumor, a toddler from South Korea who spent her entire life in a hospital and a former Russian dancer injured in a devastating car accident.

Cold Justice (9pm, TNT) - The slaying of an up-and-coming fashion designer in Waller County, Texas, is investigated.

Science of Stupid (9pm, National Geographic Channel) - A mini marathon of four new episodes includes rooftop stunts, the rules of leverage and the effects of a double pendulum.

Continuum (10pm, Syfy) - In the Season 3 finale, Kiera and Liber8 find themselves in an unlikely alliance as they work together to stop a power-hungry Alec from unleashing his dangerous new technology. At the same time, Kiera’s relationship with John Doe appears to be doomed as forces push them to opposing sides in a larger conflict.

Crossbones (10pm, NBC) - Lowe tries to report back to spymaster William Jagger after discovering Blackbeard’s scheme. But Lowe soon learns that Jagger may be even more sinister than Blackbeard.
