18-year-old shot in Garner

GARNER -- Garner police are looking for a Wake County man who is charged with shooting an 18-year-old from Raleigh on Wednesday night.

James Tony White was taken to WakeMed, where he was listed in good condition, according to a statement issued by Garner police.

Investigator obtained arrest warrants charging Jonathan Antonio Williams, 23, of Wake County with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.

The shooting took place shortly after 9 p.m. in the 400 block of Weston Ridge Run.
