William Grey Bailey of Bay Valley Road, Kenly died at the age of 35 after being struck by a car on Monday morning, March 23, 2015. Grey was a 1998 graduate of North Johnston High School. He took great pride in his job with the North Carolina Department of Transportation where he always treated everyone with courtesy and respect. Grey was best known for a constant and infectious smile, kind heart, and a willingness to help anybody with anything. In his free time, Grey was an avid outdoorsman – enjoying hunting, fishing, and time on the water.
