I had the ginger carrot soup from Foster's Market recently and loved it. It was a little chunky and a little sweet and really delicious. Could you get the recipe? - D.B., Durham

Sara Foster, owner of Foster's Market (2694 Durham Chapel Hill Blvd., Durham, 489-3944; and 750 Martin Luther King Blvd., Chapel Hill, 967-3663; www.fostersmarket.com), shares the recipe, adding that it's just as good served cold as it is hot. Foster suggests garnishing the soup with a dollop of sour cream and fresh dill or, for an especially lavish presentation, a spoonful of lump crabmeat.
