"Sometimes I get bored and so I get to play with August and Max. Sometimes they play games that I don't like, so I don't get to play with them and I don't like playing by myself," 8-year-old fraternal triplet Cole Moore, center (in top left photo), says of his brothers August, left, and Max. The boys live in Chapel Hill and attend Estes Hills Elementary School.

"It's exotic and unusual. ... It's an exotic fruit, like a tropical fruit," August says of being a triplet but adds, "I always have to put up with my brothers ganging up on me some of the time."

When asked about their differences, Cole points out their hair. "That makes us different especially a lot." The young brothers describe themselves in terms of strong and weak or big and small, each claiming to be the strongest. However, they agree that Max is 'picky,' that August 'snacks a lot' and that Cole picks fights.

When asked what they'll be when they grow up, Cole says an artist, August narrows his choices down to skateboarder, snowboarder or rock climber and Max says, 'I don't know. I've been thinking about that for a long time, but I keep changing my ideas.'
