Personal trainer Wade Harris, 41, takes on the roll of drill sergeant during a recent Boot Camp for members of his Phase II workout facility in Raleigh. Thirty-six people took part in the fast-paced, high intensity workout at Millbrook Exchange Park. The event was one of several activities he is offering to his clients during their six-week, 8th Annual Spring Training program, concluding with a pool party celebration. "It's an opportunity for our clients to focus on all areas of their health, from checking in with their physicians to increasing their aerobic activity and awareness. It's more than just about going to the gym; it's a way to have fun."
About This Project

Robert Willett
"The View" showcases the unique character of the people and places that form our community. The column explores the lives and relationships of the diverse groups that populate the Triangle. Anyone, regardless of age, race, cultural background or ethnicity, is a potential subject. We include the thoughts of those featured as they express how they view their own situation, allowing us a window into their lives.

Chris Seward
Our approach to finding stories for the column varies. Often, we look for subjects to illustrate themes we want to explore. Other times, we may stumble across interesting subjects while on assignment or in our daily lives. We hope readers can use "The View" to enhance their understanding of their own community.
