Nearly all of us list getting in shape as a resolution for the new year – and nearly all of us need some help sticking to our goals.
So every Tuesday this month, we’ve offered exercise DVDs to help keep you motivated. After a month of dancing, fat-burning and belly-blasting, you may be ready to chill things out a little with some yoga. We have “Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders: Body Slimming Yoga,” “Power Yoga,” “Relax into Yoga” (for older adults and people with health challenges) and “Ellen Barrett Live: Fusion Floor Workout.”
