Do you pin?
I pin, but honestly, I spend more time on Instagram than I do on Pinterest. Sometimes, Pinterest overwhelms me.
I log in to my account and it’s just too much. It’s photo overload and I immediately log out.
I try to pin recipes that I want to try, but then I forget about them and return to my cookbooks.
Never miss a local story.
I then pin sweets that I will probably never ever make. I hardly bake now. What on earth makes me thing I am going to bake a gorgeous upside-down pineapple cake or Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Mini Cheesecakes, which I pinned today. I don’t make regular sized cheesecakes. Do I really think I’m going to go to the trouble of making mini cheesecakes?
But, I end up pinning it anyway to my sweet tooth board.
I have travel boards, North Carolina boards, but the one board I pin to the most often is my sweet tooth board.
What does that say about me?
I have a sweet tooth.
Desserts give me comfort.
One thing is for sure. It’s a good thing I’m too lazy to make all these sweets or I would have to sue Pinterest for making me fat.
Wonder if anyone has done that yet?

I promise that looking at the desserts will not gain you a pound. But that milkshake I had at Chuck’s in downtown Raleigh the other day. That’s another story.
