An old pair of jeans is worth $20 at Madewell at The Streets at Southpoint in Durham. During the store’s Denim Donation Event, Thursday from 1-4 p.m., shoppers can donate a pair of jeans to receive $20 off a new pair. Style workshop for men
Local stylists Kate Leser and Lisa Weisart will help men up their style game during their workshop, “The New Man Code: Navigating Today’s Rules on Men’s Style,” Thursday from 7-8:30 p.m. Leser and Weisart will discuss men’s fashion topics, such as how to wear collar styles, the best fabrics and colors for each individual, and how to gain an edge in business by dressing your best.
