On a recent visit to Brio at Crabtree, I ordered shrimp and scallop risotto. The dish was superb, and the sauce a mix of enticing flavors. Could you obtain the recipe? -- E.W., Raleigh
Many national restaurant chains don't divulge the secrets of their culinary creations, but Brio Tuscan Grille is a happy exception. Tim Fougnie, executive chef at the Crabtree Valley Mall location (4325 Glenwood Ave.; 881-2048; www.brioitalian.com) shares the recipe.
