Mother Earth Brewing beer dinner

Cary’s An Cuisines is offering a four-course dinner with Kinston’s Mother Earth Brewing beer pairings at 7 p.m. Oct. 25.

Here is the menu:

• Ahi tuna with roasted maitake mushrooms, Singapore slaw and a maple-soy glaze paired with the Sisters of the Moon IPA.
• Pot stickers, Thai wings and braised spare ribs with Dark Cloud Dunkel Lager.
• Pork two ways with smoked apples, sweet and sour eggplant and a ginger jus with Old Neighborhood Oatmeal Porter.
• For dessert, chocolate with glazed kabocha (a type of winter squash), honeycomb, peanut butter and sorghum with Silent Night Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout.
