Fullsteam beer dinner at Chapel Hill’s Il Palio

Reservations are now available for a Dec. 11 five-course dinner, which costs $55 per person.

Chapel Hill’s Il Palio restaurant at The Siena Hotel is offering a five-course dinner with beer pairings from Durham’s Fullsteam brewery.

The dinner will be 6 p.m. Dec. 11 and costs $55 per person.

Here is the menu: pickled autumn vegetable plate paired with El Toro Cream Ale; duck liver pate and local pear mostarda paired with Persimmon Winter Ale; tomato-braised Italian sausage paired with Fullsteam Lager; beer-braised chicken thigh and pork belly with creamy polenta paired with Working Man’s Lunch and Hogwash; and for dessert, autumnal panna cotta with Moravian Spritz.
