Neomonde Cafe and Market in North Raleigh is celebrating its two-year anniversary Saturday with a customer appreciation event.
The cafe will offer wine, bread and food samples. Live music will be performed: Christmas songs by the Carpe Diem Saxophone Quartet during lunch and Middle Eastern music by the Arabic Ensemble during dinner. Customers will receive a free piece of walnut baklava with their purchase.
Five percent of the day’s proceeds will be donated to Note in the Pocket, a nonprofit that provides clothing to needy children and families in Wake County.
The restaurant is at 9650 Strickland Road, Raleigh. Info: neomonde.com/
