Andrea Weigl’s upcoming canning classes

Space is still available at Andrea Weigl’s two canning classes next week at Southern Season and Sur la Table.

I've got two canning classes next week with space available:

At 6 p.m. Wednesday at Southern Season in Chapel Hill, I’ll be teaching a canning marathon with these recipes: peach salsa, peach and blueberry freezer jam, refrigerator pickles, yellow squash pickles and dilly beans.
