Raleigh chef Ashley Christensen hosts more Stir the Pot events

These regular events raise money for Southern Foodways Alliance documentary film projects.

Raleigh chef Ashley Christensen’s next Stir the Pot events feature chefs Andy Ticer and Michael Hudman of Andrew Michael Italian Kitchen and Hog & Hominy in Memphis.

At 7 p.m. Sunday, they will prepare a five-course meal with wine pairings at Poole’s Diner in Raleigh. Tickets are $150.

From 6-9 p.m. Monday, Christensen will host a potluck at CAM Raleigh with Ticer and Hudman as guests of honor. Christensen’s restaurants will provide main dish and beverages. Guests are asked to bring a side dish or dessert to share. Tickets cost $35.

Proceeds support the Southern Foodways Alliance, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving and celebrating Southern food culture.
