Herbalist Kim Calhoun is teaching a eight-week course on edible and medicinal plants at Central Carolina Community College starting March 10.
The class runs from 1-4 p.m. Tuesdays from March 10 until April 28 and meets all over Chatham County.
Calhoun will guide students on identification, ethical gathering, preparation and usage of foraged food and plant medicine.
