Atlanta chef Steven Satterfield will be in the Triangle on July 13 and 14 for a couple book events.
Satterfield, chef and co-owner of Miller Union restaurant, has a new cookbook, “Root to Leaf: A Southern Chef Cooks Through the Seasons.”
Satterfield will be signing cookbooks from 5:30-6:30 p.m. July 13 at Southern Season, 201 S. Estes Dr., Chapel Hill. Info: 919-929-7133, southernseason.com.
Then July 14, Satterfield will have two events at chef Ashley Christensen’s new event space, Bridge Club, in downtown Raleigh.
For $45, you can attend a cooking demo by Satterfield from 6-7 p.m.
For $65, you can attend a cocktail party from 8-10 p.m., which includes a question-and-answer session with Satterfield moderated by Indy writer Grayson Currin. Raleigh’s Quail Ridge Books & Music will be selling copies of Satterfield’s book.
