Charlotte’s Luna’s Living Kitchen is expanding into Raleigh with a downtown restaurant slated to open later this year.
The new raw and organic restaurant will be at 555 Fayetteville St. in the Charter Square building, Luna’s said.
Luna’s menu consists of cold-pressed juices and plant-based items, including dishes like zucchini noodle lasagna, vegan breads and cacao granola.
Luna’s opened in Atherton Mill in South End in 2010. The restaurant continues to work on plans for further expansion in Charlotte, though there’s nothing to announce yet, a spokeswoman said.
