The “Train2Cheer Strength and Conditioning” workout was developed specifically for cheerleaders and dancers with the objective of increasing cardio and muscular endurance that will lead to stronger cheering and dance performances. The 45-minute workout has low impact and high-impact cardio exercises as well as strength-training exercises, and it’s choreographed to high-energy music. The DVD comes with a cardio CD soundtrack.
