The “Women’s Health Body Clock Diet” (Rodale, $24.99) by Laura Cipullo is touted as a “6-week plan to reboot your metabolism and lose weight naturally.”
Cipullo, a nutritionist, says that sometimes those struggling to lose weight could have a body clock that is “out of whack, causing hormone disturbances that pack on fat.” She says resetting your internal clock to work with your body and not against it is the key.
The book includes a three-phase plan to get all that sorted out.
