Cassidy Turley acquires Synergy Commercial Advisors

Cassidy Turley has acquired Synergy Commercial Advisors, a top commercial real estate brokerage firm in the Triangle whose clients include Durham’s American Tobacco Campus.

Terms weren’t disclosed.

Rich Harris, who founded Synergy in 2008, will become managing principal for Cassidy Turley in the Triangle. Eight Syngergy brokers are also joining the firm.

David Finger, who had led Cassidy Turley’s Triangle office, is remaining with the firm and will focus on capital markets in the Carolinas.
