Headquarters Park, a two-building office campus in Durham, has been put up for sale by its owner.
Until late last year, the 147,477-square-foot campus had been leased to the public-health nonprofit FHI 360. FHI relocated to American Tobacco Campus in downtown Durham, where it now leases 95,000 square feet.
Headquarters Park’s two office buildings were built in 1988. They sit on about 16 acres along Highway 54 near its intersection with S. Alston Drive.
The buildings are owned by Transwestern Investment Management, which acquired them in lieu of foreclosure for $4.2 million in February, according to property records.
