Two small but well-established Raleigh communications agencies have joined forces.
Articulon and McKeeman PR combined earlier this month to become Articulon McKeeman, a marketing communications agency with eight employees and four contract workers at its Raleigh headquarters and in satellite offices in Charlotte and Greenville, N.C.
The combined business is co-led by the founders and owners of the two agencies: McKeeman’s Kim McKeeman, who is chief operations officer; and Articulon’s Cindy Stranad, who is chief marketing officer. McKeeman was founded in 1995; Articulon was formed in 2002.
Stranad said that combining the complementary talents of the two firms will enable Articulon McKeeman to provide better and broader services to its clients.
Among the agency’s clients are: McDonald’s franchisees across North Carolina; the Better Business Bureau of Eastern North Carolina; Neomonde Cafe & Market; the International Festival of Raleigh; Chuy’s and Morningstar Law Group.
Stranad said the agency expects to add four employees by the end of the year to meet the growing needs of existing clients plus a few new clients.
