Help out some of Wake County's neediest families with a donation of food and Chick-fil-A restaurants will reward you with a free sandwich.

The intersection of good deal and good deed takes place Thursday and Friday, July 24 and July 25, at select Chick-fil-A locations in Raleigh and Cary.

Donate three cans or boxes of shelf-stable food and you'll receive a free regular or spicy chicken sandwich. The donations will go to Urban Ministries of Wake County as part of its Christmas in July food drive.

Participating restaurants are at Cameron Village, Capital Crossing, Crabtree Valley Mall, North Hills (July 25 only), Townridge Square, Crossroads Plaza Cary, Harrison Square, Falls Village and Triangle Town Center.
