UPDATE: When I went to CVS this morning, the limits on three of the freebies were more generous than the limits listed in the circular. Not sure how long this will last, but as of 9 a.m. Sunday, the limit was two on the Kraft Macaroni and Cheese, two on the Sparkle paper towels and three on the GUM toothbrushes.
For the second year in a row, CVS is getting a jump on Black Friday weekend deals by offering an avalanche of freebies this Sunday.
Instead of waiting until Thanksgiving morning when the drugstores have typically rolled out their Black Friday weekend freebies, CVS is offering nearly two dozen products that will be free after Extra Care Bucks. Find a coupon to match and you’ll have a moneymaker on your hands.
These deals are good Sunday through Wednesday, by the way. But if you want to score the bulk of these freebies, it’s best to go on Sunday. All are a limit of one deal per card, unless I’ve noted otherwise.
Tip: If you’ve attended any of my coupon classes at The N&O this year, be sure to check the back of the Attractions coupon book you received in your goodie bags. You’ll find a coupon for $5 off a $20 order. This is the perfect time to use it, making your shopping trip an autmatic $5 moneymaker.
Here’s a list of the freebies, according to the CVS ad, which is posted on CVS.com. (At the end of this post, I’ve included a few more stellar deals, including additional freebies, good through Wednesday.)
