The Bainbridge Six Forks apartments in North Raleigh have been sold for $45.8 million, according to Wake County property records.
Bainbridge Six Forks, just off Six Forks Road between Lynn and Strickland roads, was built in 2013.
The price AEW paid, about $172,000 a unit, is just the latest sign of how attractive the Triangle apartment market has become to institutional investors.
