Silver Alert issued for missing Chatham man

Authorities are asking the public to be on the lookout for a missing Chatham County man who suffers from a cognitive impairment.

A Silver Alert was issued about 11:30 p.m. Sunday for Dan L. Frazier, 49, who was last seen at Paint Your Pot, 2755 N.C. 55 in Cary.

Frazier is described as white, standing five-foot-ten, weighing 185 pounds and having brown eyes and shoulder-length black hair worn in a ponytail. He normally wears blue jeans and a flannel shirt

He is possibly driving a tan 2002 Toyota Echo with N.C. license plate number PYJ9104. He may be heading to a mental hospital.

Anyone with information about Frazier's whereabouts is asked to call the Chatham County Sheriff's Office at 919-542-2911.
