A pharmacist charged with peeping into a neighbor's home this year faces additional charges based on videotapes seized from his home.The video footage was shot in an employee restroom at Johnston Medical Center, where the pharmacist, Ben Earl Pell, worked, police said.Pell turned himself in to police Wednesday when he was charged with 15 counts of felony secret peeping.Lt. Keith Powell of the Smithfield Police Department said he and other officers, including Detective Dale Wood, identified 15 people in videotapes police seized from Pell's home at 103 E. Stevens St. in April.Police have not revealed the content of the videotapes.Pell is out of jail after posting a $25,000 bond.He worked full time at the hospital from 1975 until he retired in 2005. He had worked there part time after retiring, but Suzette Rodriguez, a hospital spokeswoman, said Pell has been suspended indefinitely.Police initially arrested Pell about 10:30 p.m. April 19 outside his neighbor's home after a woman called police and said she spotted a silhouette at her window while she was getting ready for bed. After the arrest, police seized hundreds of videotapes from Pell's home.
