DURHAM - Police have arrested a Durham man on charges that he repeatedly raped and sexually abused a child under the age of 13.Alexis Gomez Garcia Herberth, 24, of 1701 Kirkwood Drive was arrested this weekend and is being held in the Durham County Jail in lieu of $800,000 bail. Police said they think the abuse occurred between February and October of this year.
