DURHAM - Police have arrested a third person in connection with a series of shootings on the 100 block of South Elm Street.

Akeem Teron Flood, 16, of Guthrie Avenue was apprehended Friday. He faces multiple weapons, assault and damage to property charges.

Along with Ronald Girard Ransom, 20, of South Elm Street and Desmond Antwon Deloach, 16, of South Alston Avenue, Flood is accused of shooting at six homes and three vehicles between June 27 and 29, according to arrest warrants. Ransom and Deloach were also arrested Friday.
