A man and woman accused of causing serious injuries to their newborn daughter are no longer in jail, but their child, now 2 months old, is in foster care.Laquita Taneka Joiner, 19, and Christopher Michael Kelly, 35, both of East Wabash Street, are charged with felony child abuse. They were released Tuesday on a $500,000 unsecured bond.The baby's injuries consist of multiple fractures and internal head bleeding.
