DURHAM - Residents who live around the N.C. School of Science and Mathematics and others are invited to a presentation at 7 tonight to learn about the school's expansion plans.

The school, at 1219 Broad St., serves about 650 high school juniors and seniors and is hoping to expand its capacity by 250 to 300 students. The school has hired architects Ayers Saint Gross to develop a campus master plan to be ready in December.

Tonight, planners want to hear more community opinion on needs or concerns that should be considered as they continue. Participants in the meeting should enter the school at the Bryan Center entrance off Club Boulevard.
