WHAT: The Raleigh Classic, an auction of about 170 classic automobiles owned by Triangle car magnate Mike Leith.

WHEN: Preview, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. today; auction, 6 to 9 p.m. today and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday.

WHERE: N.C. State Fairgrounds, Hillsborough and Blue Ridge roads, Raleigh.

COST: $8 per day, $12 for a two-day pass.

BIDDING: You must register to bid. Bidder's fee of $40 includes two admission passes and an auction catalog.
