Cary considering $51M mixed-use development for downtown

Northwoods Associates wants to build a retail and office building at the corner of Chatham Street and Harrison Avenue with apartments, shops and a parking deck

The Town of Cary would spend $5 million to construct the parking deck, stormwater facilities

Approval is needed by First Baptist Church and the town to proceed, along with a public hearing
